Reporting A moderator

Ello first of all I'm ToM i play on your server often my usgn name is ToM321 and id is 39987
Today about 2-3 am a moderator abused his rights his name ingame sakura :
1-He banned me for 5 minutes ,Reason : Killing the monster ;l
2-He scammed me 30k gold and he claimed that it was his brother he left the server and joined with another nick and pretended that he wasn't sakura i cant even remember the nickname but it was obvs that he is sakura  
3-i was playing quite and peaceful then suddenly got banned tried to rejoin 3 hrs later couldn't join so it's perm ban

So i wish this moderator gets demoted
And i get unbanned

was wondering how did he get moderator rights ,He can't even speak english c'mon now

ok i know but i didn,t ban him because the monster i ban him for 5 minuets because he say :I do not care what you say and you moderator junior and you can,t do anything, not players

Well, friend, I think you have to be demoted for that. Tom I'l check if this is true, if it is, she gonna be demoted.

I guess a Moderator must know what's going on the Server, so i guess i will demote she.
