hello , i want an off-topic section so i can say useless stuff like : me is good

also a spam section when forum members can spam and then the moderators locks it , yeah it seems like an event

+ from now on i'd suggest to make posts rule for appliers for example : 20+ posts : higher chanse to become moderator ingame...
