-Maybe we can add slow effect for Mangekyō Sharingan Skill, I think it can be more effective.
When we use Mangekyō Sharingan, it gives slow effect on opponent for 3-5 seccond.

a slow/stun effect would be nice but not for the Sharingan
it is better to put this on Kirigakure no Jutsu this smoke skill.
